Refund Policy
At Veil & Voile, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund* or exchange it for another item. Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, along with the original box and packaging. For returns, customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse and include a "Reason for Return" form, which will be provided by our Customer Care team via email.
*Note: Refunds are available only for payments made using debit or credit cards.
